What We Offer

Case Management has assisted our agency tremendously and
provided successful outcomes for our youth. From resource linking to the community, to helping maintain positive connections in client’s lives; we have built a process that is both effective and trauma responsive. Our youth come into our programs with very little connections to positive influences as well as community resources. With this knowledge, we began working to provide youth with assistance in helping locate resource information. In addition to establishing positive connections who will play a role in bettering their treatment and overall mindset. We believe that every youth should have a positive connection in their life whether it leads to after care placement or not. Everyone should have an individual who will pick up the phone when they need to talk, need advice, or help with basic living skills.
